Do I need prior experience to work with SANAACLO?
No. We work exclusively with clothing brand founders from first-timers to established. If you have a clear idea of what you want to build, we'll guide you through every step: fabric selection, fit development, sampling, and full production. You don't need to know the technical language — that's our job.
Which fabric do you work with mainly
Cotton is our core fabric. We source it from trusted mills in Portugal, Turkey, Egypt, and Tunisia
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on fabric, garment complexity, print or embroidery requirements, and order quantity. We send a detailed cost breakdown after your sample is approved — no hidden fees. As your quantities grow, your unit cost goes down.
Do you charge for sampling?
Yes, sampling is charged separately. Sample fees are partially credited against your production order once confirmed. This ensures both sides are serious before committing to a full run.
Can you match a reference garment I already have?
Absolutely. Send us your reference garment and we'll reverse-engineer the fit, fabric weight, and construction details. This is one of the most common starting points for brand founders who already know what they love wearing.
How do you handle quality control?
Every production run goes through an in-line and final quality check before packing. We inspect for stitching consistency, measurements, print registration, and fabric defects
Please note: that a small margin of error for defects or quantity shortages is normal in garment production and is accounted for within our production policy.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary by garment and production requirements, but they are typically
60–70 pieces per style. Contact us with your product details for an exact MOQ.
Do you offer custom labels, tags, and packaging?
Yes, woven labels, hang tags, poly bags, and packaging are available as add-ons to your production, each priced separately. If you already have your own labels or packaging ready, we're happy to use those instead.
How long does production & shipping take?
Lead times typically run 2–6 weeks, depending on order complexity and volume, not including holidays or unexpected delays. Shipping time varies by destination. Final timelines are confirmed before production starts.
What kinds of brands do you work with?
We work with fashion brands of all sizes, from first-time founders to established.
For confidentiality, we don't share brand names, but our focus is clear: 100% cotton garments, from basics to everyday essentials. If that's your brand, you're in the right place.
Do you offer in-stock fabrics, or only custom sourcing?
Both. We produce and source cotton fabrics through trusted partners in Portugal, Turkey, and Egypt, keeping a range in stock for faster turnaround. Because we work with the same suppliers consistently, we can restock the exact same fabric for future orders. If you need something specific, we can also source custom fabrics to match your requirements.
Can I bring my own fabric, or request a specific type?
Yes — if you have a fabric in mind or a reference sample, we can source it through our partner network or work with what you provide. For ongoing collections, we recommend our in-stock options since they allow for consistent restocking across orders
